Housing Assistance Programs

The Housing Authority of the City of Orange offers a variety of housing programs designed to help individuals and families access safe, stable, and affordable homes. Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program
The Housing Choice Voucher Program, commonly known as the voucher program, allows qualified participants to choose their own housing in the private rental market. Section 8 Waiting List Program

Applicants must first join the Section 8 waiting list to be considered for assistance when vouchers become available. Public Housing Program
Our Public Housing Program offers affordable rental units owned and managed directly by the Housing Authority of the City of Orange.
