ORANGE, NJ – Dawn Monique Edmond has joined the Housing Authority of the City of Orange (HACO) as its new administrative secretary, replacing the retiring Joanne Kureshepi.
Dawn is a former resident of the City of Orange and is very familiar with the city and the operations of HACO, having worked directly with the Board of Commissioners for more than 17 years as the legal assistant to HACO’s general counsel, Ernest R. Booker, Esq. Dawn received her Paralegal Certification from Rutgers University and brings to her position 25 years of experience in the legal field as a legal assistant/paralegal. Dawn is also the CEO of Enid-Books Corp., a publishing company. She has written two books, Till the Break of Dawn and Bridging The Gap, and is the co-author of When A Father Fails.
