A Special Meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Orange has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., to pass resolutions to increase the contract amount for The Metro Company, LLC to represent the Housing Authority as Development Consultant for Washington Manor and the Walter G. Alexander Village Phase IV, and to discuss the 2027 Annual Budget. The meeting will be conducted via ZOOM web-based application. The Public can participate but will have limited access.
