Brad Leak, a onetime housing exec in Atlantic City, has joined the Housing Authority of the City of Orange as assistant executive director.

Leak’s prior experience includes a stint as assistant executive director of the Atlantic City Housing Authority. He also served as corporate controller and chief auditor for the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
